What we collect

When you send an inquiry we collect what you enter: company, name, email, optional phone and website, business type, US ZIP code, product interest, optional quantity and message, your purchasing purpose, and your consent. If you email us instead, we receive what you write and your email address.

Why

To reply to you and to prepare a quotation. We do not use inquiry data for advertising.

Who sees it

Your inquiry is shared with suppliers only to prepare a quote. We do not sell it.

Cloudflare processes network traffic to deliver the site. SMTP2GO sends inquiry notification emails to HelloSent when mail notification is configured. Inquiry records are stored by HelloSent outside the public website; suppliers see information only when needed to prepare a quote. If you email us, your email provider and ours also handle that message.

How long we keep it

Submitted inquiry records, including the details listed above, a server-generated ID and receipt time, are stored for 12 months and then deleted. Notification jobs and quarantined incomplete records are also pruned within 12 months. We apply the same deletion schedule to backups and notification mailbox copies as an operational duty.

Operator login

Operator login uses necessary cookies to secure the sign-in process and maintain the operator session. We process operator email addresses to send one-time login codes and manage access. SMTP2GO delivers these login emails when operator login is configured. These cookies are not used for advertising or analytics.

Security logs

Operator login and access security logs record event times, account identifiers, connecting IP information and outcomes to help prevent and investigate unauthorized access. They do not contain login codes, session tokens or garment photo contents. Security logs are kept only as long as needed for that purpose.

Server logs

The server access log records the request time, connecting IP address, HTTP method, URL path without query details, response status and elapsed time. It does not log inquiry message contents. The server may also log notification setup or storage errors without submitted field values.

What we never ask for

We never ask for payment card details or identity documents through this site. Please do not send them in the message field or by email.

Tracking

This site uses no analytics, advertising or third-party scripts or fonts.
