What does HelloSent do, and what does it cost?
HelloSent prepares second-hand clothing in Malaysia for wholesale business buyers in the United States. Operators photograph garments, and our California processing system supports classification and pricing. Prices and any fees are set out in your quotation.
What about defects, returns and disputes?
These are handled under the terms in your quotation. Your quotation will set out who is responsible for defects, returns, refunds and disputes. Please read it before you accept.
Is this site for consumers?
No. It is for wholesale business buyers in the United States. We ask for your business details and purchasing purpose.
What is the difference between shipping origin and manufacturing origin?
Shipping origin is where goods are shipped from, for example Malaysia. Manufacturing origin is where the goods were made. They can differ, and duties depend on manufacturing origin, among other things. Your quotation identifies both where relevant.
Are the prices in the catalog real?
Not yet. Catalog lines are marked "Sample — illustrative only". The catalog does not represent verified inventory. Confirm available garments, condition, prices, MOQs and lead times in your quotation.
