This can be applied to industries clients may be considering investing into, so they are aware of the estimated risks and profit potentials before deciding how much to invest. Another key advantage is our exclusive insight into companies with emerging technologies that informs our clients which Bull Runs (sudden exponential increases in value) are safe investments and which ones are not, based on each specific cryptocurrency or stock.

How do we do this? Each year when technology companies announce advancements or new products with bold claims, we examine challenges that would prevent the product or service from going to market in a cost effective way. Additional metrics used in producing our opinions include, but are not limited to; product specifications, benchmarks, patch notes, opinions from experts in very specific fields, and our own assessment of possible challenges. With this data we can coordinate with licensed financial teams or agents to advise them in selecting the most promising stocks, ETFs, mutual funds, and cryptocurrencies.

We strongly advise also working with a fiduciary: a financial consultant who is legally required to act in your best interest. There are certain roles we can provide optimally, but there are others that we are not best suited for or that require legal qualifications of a feduciary. However, we can can coordinate with fiduciaries to optimize their effectiveness. Here is a brief list of our different roles in effective financial planning:

Our Investment Analytics focuses on:

-Investment for a saving accounts with aggressive growth potential over short to medium periods of time.

-Development of portfolios with a focus for saving up to reach specific objectives, such as buying a new car or modest home repairs.

-Accumulating a large sum of wealth by making minimal monthly investments to settle any outstandng debt on a client’s credit report.

-Saving up to produce a sizable down payment towards purchasing a home, which will produce manageable mortgage rates.

-Starting portfolios for young family members so that when they become adults they have a significant amount of liquid assets that can be converted into cash for perusing their career of choice without needing to worry about addressing any combination of immediate financial obstacles; college or trade school tuition costs, buying their first car, or moving to a part of the country where there is opportunity for them. 

Fiduciaries are equipped to handle those things, but generally excel at:

-Any and all legal matters involving care of family members.

-Oversight of the use of assets from a trust.

-Preparing care for clients or client’s family members who have special needs or a disability.

-Organizing a retirement strategy that will sufficiently cover the client into their later years.

-Provide healthcare, dental and eye care for the individual.

-Handlingall legal and court documentation pertaining to the client.

-Filing and retaining records for tax returns.

Fees, costs, and taxes are very straight forward. The Fiduciaries will have set fees and amounts they charge which is disclosed to the client and is generally overseen by the courts to ensure it is fair, and are bound by law to work in their client’s best interest. While wealth management entities are not required to disclose fees, kickbacks, incentives, or their relationship to the products they are having you invest in. Comprehensive Technology Consulting has a simple principle for our operations and only charges one fee. We have clients open accounts on major trading platforms that we are not affiliated with (we recommend TD Ameritrade, Fidelity, and Pro.Coinbase) and our only fee is an annual 20% of the average amount of gains per each portfolio for that year. This creates an incentive for us to do what is most beneficial to the client as we only get paid when the client is making money.

Taxes are “capital gains taxes” which tend to be around 10-15% of gains, or money made above the principle amount invested, which is charged when the asset is liquidated/sold. Different states have different rates, and the rates do change based on how much has been made, and different account types have different capital gains tax brackets that tend to be substantially lower. This generally applies to minors with college funds and retirement savings accounts, but these can also vary depending on oher factors.
